Tomorrow is the Big Empty Bowls Breakfast Throw a thon for Win House. Yesterday Cindy trimmed everything she had thrown on Sunday. I cleaned. Today we all worked on the studio, getting ready for tomorrow’s broadcast. Even if they never showed up, the threat has resulted in our having the cleanest studio we have had in four years. The kids both came in this afternoon and helped out. Shiny pots on shelves, shiny shelves, shiny wheels, Cindy and I swept and mopped and hosed the floor and the walls….shiny studio!
Tomorrow is a day of firsts. A-Channel became City TV today and tomorrow is their first broadcast outside their studio, new host, she’s gonna try her hand at potting, first time we have tried to teach 20 people how to pot in two hours, first time I’ve tried to teach anyone how to pot period, first time the WinHouse has had Empty Bowls, first time as far as we know the Empty Bowls auction has been set up this way…..with VIPs actually throwing the bowls that will be auctioned off in September!
Anyway….action starts at 7:10 am on City TV Edmonton(Was A-Channel). We plan on being there about 5 am so……..going to bed. Tomorrow nite…full report with pictures! Watch if you can, if you can’t, read it here first.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
